1. Purpose
Hexabiome (operated by UNI NUTRITION INC., d/b/a "Hexabiome," "we," "us," or "our") develops educational content intended to be accurate, evidence-informed, and easy to understand. This Editorial & Evidence Review Policy explains the general principles and practices we follow when developing and maintaining that content.
This Policy describes our editorial practices. It is provided for informational purposes and does not create a contractual obligation.

This Policy applies to educational content published by Hexabiome, such as blog articles, educational pages, resource content, wellness guides, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
This Policy does not apply to product pages, advertising or marketing campaigns, product labels, our legal policies and notices, or transactional communications (such as order or account emails).

5. Evidence Standards
We consider the overall strength of available scientific evidence when preparing educational content. Evidence may include, generally reflecting the relative strength of available evidence:

We do not guarantee a fixed review schedule or continuous monitoring of new literature.
7. Corrections
If a material factual error, citation issue, or editorial inconsistency is identified, we may update the content to improve accuracy. When appropriate, the "Last Updated" date on the affected content may be revised to reflect a significant update. Minor editorial changes that do not affect the meaning of the content may be made without separate notice.
8. AI-Assisted Content Development
We may use AI-assisted tools to support drafting, formatting, research organization, or editorial workflows. AI-assisted drafts are reviewed before publication to help verify accuracy, consistency, and alignment with this Policy.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Editorial & Evidence Review Policy is separate from our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice, and is provided for informational purposes.
