1. Important Subscription Disclosure
IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION DISCLOSURE (California Automatic Renewal Law, Bus. & Prof. Code §17601, and other applicable U.S. state automatic renewal laws) — PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE SUBSCRIBING
• What you will be charged: the applicable subscription price, any applicable discount, applicable taxes, and shipping (if any), as disclosed on the product page, at checkout, in your order confirmation, and in renewal notifications.
• Promotional discounts: a one-time promotional discount code, if applied, may reduce the total charged for your first order only. It does not change your subscription's ongoing renewal price, which is disclosed above and confirmed at checkout.
• Billing frequency: your subscription renews automatically on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout, until you cancel.
• How to cancel: cancel at any time through your Customer Account or the subscription management link in your subscription emails, online, without contacting support, and without cancellation fees. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
• Cancellation deadline: as an operational matter, cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid the upcoming charge (see Section 9).
• Renewal reminder: where configured or required by applicable law, we send a renewal reminder before the next renewal.
The applicable subscription plan, shipment frequency, billing frequency, pricing, and benefits will be displayed before you complete enrollment.
You must affirmatively confirm these subscription terms at checkout before your subscription begins. Your subscription will not start until you complete that step.
2. About Subscribe & Save
The Hexabiome Subscribe & Save Program ("Subscription Program") is offered by UNI NUTRITION INC., doing business as Hexabiome ("Hexabiome," "we," "us," or "our"). It provides customers with a convenient way to receive eligible products on a recurring basis, with subscription benefits including discounted pricing and free shipping.
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize Hexabiome to automatically charge your selected payment method and process recurring orders according to the terms in this Subscription Policy. These terms apply to all subscriptions purchased through https://hexabiome.com.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Billing frequency: Subscribe & Save orders are automatically processed on the recurring schedule disclosed at checkout. Your renewal date is based on your original subscription start date unless otherwise communicated. Hexabiome may offer additional subscription plans; the applicable billing frequency, shipment schedule, and pricing for any plan are disclosed before enrollment.
Subscription price: the applicable subscription price, any applicable discount, applicable taxes, and shipping (if any) are disclosed on the product page, at checkout, in your order confirmation, and in renewal notifications. We do not set subscription pricing in this Policy; pricing is presented at the point of sale and may change as described in Section 14.
Subscribe & Save discount: active subscribers receive 10% off the standard product
price on recurring orders. The discount applies only while your subscription remains
active; it cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated, may be
modified or discontinued for future subscriptions, and does not apply retroactively
to completed purchases. Hexabiome may expressly permit a one-time promotional
discount code to be applied to a subscriber's first order in combination with
Subscribe & Save enrollment. Any such code affects only the total charged for that
first order; it does not modify the recurring Subscribe & Save price described in
this Section, which applies beginning with your first renewal.
Shipping benefit: any subscription shipping benefit is disclosed at checkout and may vary based on shipping destination and promotional terms. See our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy for full shipping details.
4. Subscription Terms
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you acknowledge and agree that:
• your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel;
• your selected payment method will be charged according to the subscription plan you selected;
• recurring orders will be processed according to the applicable shipment schedule;
• subscription pricing and benefits may change in accordance with this Policy; and
• you are responsible for maintaining accurate account, payment, and shipping information.
5. Billing and Payment Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize Hexabiome to store your subscription preference, maintain your subscription status, charge your selected payment method automatically, and process recurring orders. Your subscription remains active unless you cancel.
How enrollment works:
1. You select an eligible product and subscription option.
2. You review the subscription price, billing frequency, automatic renewal terms, and cancellation information.
3. You provide affirmative consent at checkout.
4. Your first subscription order is processed.
5. Future renewal orders are automatically processed every 30 days until you cancel.
6. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews until cancelled.
Renewal price protection. Your renewal price will be the subscription price displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated to you before renewal. If subscription pricing changes, we will provide notice before the updated price applies to future renewal orders (see Section 14).
7. Renewal Notifications
Where configured or required by applicable law, Hexabiome sends a renewal reminder to the email address associated with your account before the next renewal. Renewal reminders, when sent, may include:
• the upcoming renewal date;
• the expected renewal amount;
• your subscription plan; and
• cancellation instructions.
Renewal notifications are provided through the subscription functionality available on our Site. You are responsible for keeping your account email address accurate and accessible.
8. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription through your Customer Account or the subscription management link provided in your subscription emails. Available subscription management features may include:
• viewing your subscription status;
• updating payment information;
• updating your shipping address;
• changing eligible subscription preferences;
• pausing, resuming, or skipping upcoming orders, where such features are available; and
• cancelling future renewals.
The specific management features available to you depend on the subscription functionality enabled on our Site. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate.
9. Cancellation (Click-to-Cancel)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Account or the subscription management link in your subscription emails — the same way you signed up, online, without contacting support, and without cancellation fees. You may also email support@hexabiome.com for help cancelling.
Cancellation cutoff (operational policy). As an operational matter — and not as a legal requirement — you should cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal to ensure the upcoming renewal is not processed. Renewal timing and cutoffs are calculated using our store time zone, U.S. Pacific Time (PT). Renewal orders that have already entered processing cannot be stopped, and your next renewal date is available in your Customer Account.
Effective date. Cancellation becomes effective once your cancellation is confirmed. Future renewal charges will stop after cancellation becomes effective.
Final shipment rule. If an order has already been processed or shipped before your cancellation takes effect, that order is not cancelled and remains subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Subscription Changes
Changes to subscription plans, pricing, shipment frequency, or benefits may become effective for future renewal cycles. Changes cannot modify orders that have already been processed.
11. Subscription Refunds
Subscription renewal orders are subject to our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy. Cancel before your next renewal (see the operational cutoff in Section 9) to avoid future renewal charges. Orders already processed before cancellation remain eligible only according to the refund terms in that Policy.
Any satisfaction guarantee or first-order guarantee applies only as specifically described in the applicable policy and does not automatically apply to recurring subscription renewals.
12. Founding Launch Subscription Offer
The Founding Launch Offer is a limited-time introductory promotional program for new Subscribe & Save subscribers.
Structure. The Founding Launch Offer provides introductory subscription pricing for an initial period, after which the subscription automatically renews at the applicable standard subscription price until cancelled. The introductory price, the introductory period, the standard renewal price that applies afterward, applicable taxes, and any eligibility limits are disclosed on the product page and at checkout before you confirm your subscription.
Eligibility and availability. The Founding Launch Offer is available to new subscribers, may be limited to a specified number of participants or a specified enrollment period, and ends when the applicable participant limit or enrollment period is reached, whichever occurs first, or when Hexabiome closes the offer. Specific eligibility conditions and availability limits are disclosed at the point of enrollment.
Renewal disclosure. Because the Founding Launch Offer is an automatically renewing subscription, the introductory price and the standard renewal price that applies after the introductory period are disclosed before enrollment and, where applicable, in renewal notifications.
Existing subscribers. If you enrolled under the Founding Launch Offer, the terms disclosed to you at enrollment continue to apply to your subscription unless we separately notify you of a change in accordance with Section 14.
The Founding Launch Offer is an introductory subscription price only. It is not a separate membership, loyalty, or rewards program and does not provide benefits beyond the introductory pricing disclosed at enrollment.
13. Failed Payments
Subscription payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You authorize Hexabiome and our payment processor to process recurring charges using your selected payment method.
If a payment cannot be successfully completed:
• we or our payment providers may retry the charge according to standard payment processing practices;
• your renewal may be delayed;
• your shipment may be placed on hold;
• you may receive requests to update your payment information; and
• your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
14. Subscription Price Changes
If subscription pricing changes, we will notify you by email before the updated price applies to future renewal orders. The notice will include the updated subscription price, its effective date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription.
Price changes will not apply retroactively to orders that have already been processed. You may cancel before the effective date of a price change.
15. Promotional Offers
From time to time, Hexabiome may offer promotions in connection with the Subscription
Program. Promotions may take one of the following forms:
(a) One-time first-order discounts. A discount code or offer that reduces the amount
charged for a subscriber's first order only. This type of promotion does not establish
an introductory pricing period, does not modify the recurring Subscribe & Save price
described in Section 1, and has no effect on any renewal charge.
(b) Introductory pricing periods. A temporary reduced subscription price that applies
for a disclosed period of time, after which the standard Subscribe & Save price
resumes. Where this type of promotion is offered, the length of the introductory
period and the price that applies once it ends will be disclosed before you subscribe.
Regardless of type, all promotional offers may have additional terms, may expire or
be limited in availability, may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly
stated, and apply only as disclosed at the time of signup.
16. Relationship to Other Policies
Your Subscription Program is also subject to our Terms of Service and Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, which together with this Subscription Policy govern your subscription:
• Subscription Policy: recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, and subscription management. In the event of a conflict regarding these matters, this Policy controls.
• Terms of Service: general use of the Site and your legal relationship with Hexabiome.
• Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy: delivery, returns, refunds, and eligible purchase issues.
Our Privacy Policy is a separate notice describing how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, and is not part of these transactional terms.
17. Changes to the Subscription Program
Hexabiome may update or modify the Subscription Program from time to time. If changes materially affect existing subscriptions, we will provide notice where required by applicable law. Changes will not alter charges that have already been processed.
